How Our Partnerships Made These 3 Dream Homes a Reality
Luxury construction doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Behind every beautiful addition, custom staircase, or seamless renovation is a team of experts—brainstorming, communicating, and working toward a shared vision. Our role as builders is not just to execute the work, but to bring together the right partners who elevate every phase of the project. From award-winning architects to master millworkers and estate landscapers, our most successful homes are the result of long-standing, trusted relationships.
Here’s a closer look at three homes that reflect the power of those partnerships in action.
1. Next Generation: A Renovation Rooted in Tradition
In this thoughtful renovation of a classic brick colonial in Chestnut Hill, MA, we partnered with Dell Mitchell Architects to help a family reimagine their family home for the next chapter of life. The goal: To upgrade existing systems and surfaces while honoring the original architectural character.
From restoring the central staircase to repointing the exterior brick and installing custom millwork throughout, every element was approached with care. The newly expanded kitchen, complete with a hidden pull-out liquor cabinet, now serves as a warm, welcoming space for family and friends to gather.
The final result is a home that seamlessly blends tradition and modern comfort—proof of the impact a unified team can achieve when architect and builder share the same standards of excellence.

2. West Hyannisport Property: Clean Lines and Expert Finishes
Tucked along the coast, this home is proof that simplicity demands precision. We partnered with Legault Design to lead the architectural vision, bringing thoughtful detail and balance to every space.
At the heart of the home is a sculptural floating staircase, engineered to exacting standards and enclosed in glass—a striking architectural centerpiece crafted in collaboration with Fine Finish Inc, who also delivered the custom cabinetry and millwork throughout the interior.
From the earliest plans through final installation, every contributor played a key role in bringing the vision to life and ensuring this residence is as functional as it is beautiful.

3. Historic Restoration: Landscape and Legacy
This 1910 Newton estate required more than renovation—it required reverence. We partnered with Ruth Bennett Architecture on this project, working closely with a skilled team of designers, engineers, and craftspeople, including Diane Murphy Interiors, Siegel Structural Engineers, Fine Finish Inc, Robert L. Green Roofing, and M. DeBlasio.
The outdoor vision came together through the collaboration of Ryan Associates Landscape Architecture and Planning and RP Marzilli, whose combined efforts shaped a landscape that complements the home’s historic presence. From the gardens to the pool area and surrounding hardscape, every element was carefully considered to reflect balance, scale, and lasting beauty.
This was a true ensemble collaboration. From planning through execution, every detail reflects the care and coordination that define a successful restoration.
