ISLAND COMPOUND

Building on Nantucket is a rarefied pursuit. Wellen realized the opportunity to take control of a six-acre parcel with expansive lawns overlooking the ocean and built a new compound on the site.

Designed as an island retreat, the property features an expansive main house done in the contemporary classic Nantucket style. A separate guest home is fully realized with its own gourmet kitchen. The homes are linked by a recreation area comprised of an in-ground swimming pool, cabana and tennis court.
