Situated in the exclusive Sargent Estates area, this expansive home renovation aimed to create a more elegant and refined look while improving functionality. Nearly every aspect of the home was renovated, focusing on repurposing existing elements to maintain authenticity. The exterior renovation included resizing and repositioning windows, ensuring the mortar mix and brick placement perfectly matched the existing brickwork. The back patio area was constructed using repurposed bricks and slate from the original structure. The kitchen was redesigned to be beautiful and functional, featuring an appliance garage and granite countertops sourced from a quarry in Vermont. Additional elements, such as an old-school skylight with Bendheim glass and a hidden office door, added a distinctive touch to the elegant redesign.
